Jessica Knopp-Gwynne | Chief Revenue Officer

Jessica Knopp-Gwynne is a seasoned growth strategist and revenue leader with extensive experience in commercial strategy, customer engagement, and business transformation. She has led revenue-driving initiatives across consumer health, pet care, and digital commerce, including executive leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Chewy, and private equity-backed ventures.

Before joining Wedgewood, Jessica served as General Manager of Chewy’s $4B Autoship Subscription Business, where she delivered $800M in new revenue by optimizing the digital experience, improving customer retention, and expanding personalized product recommendations. She has also founded and successfully exited a global MarTech company and has advised private equity firms on commercial due diligence and portfolio growth strategies.

At Wedgewood, Jessica oversees commercial strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growth initiatives, ensuring that veterinary professionals have access to innovative, efficient, and value-driven pharmacy solutions.

Jessica holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from Colby College. She has worked globally across North America, Europe, and Asia and serves as a board director for multiple consumer and health-tech companies.
